Short circuit analysis is for protection of life and property. The course includes the exercises on short circuit current calculation according to IEC 60909. Industrial standards are crucial and primary documents in terms of scientific assessments.Rather than definitions, theory and history of short circuit issue, the exercises consisting of basic concept are handled in the course content. Or only curiosity is aroused to learn the basis of what you study. It is true that manual calculation is tedious work, and for the most of times no need for hand calculation.
