What Will I Learn?

Starting a new project with PLC. I\O configuration. Creating a ladder logic program of an industrial unit (Practical Example). Then I will be covering different types of motor starting techniques and their PLC coding.

Requirements

Any student having basic knowledge of logic gates and flip flop can understand this course. If you are having any prior knowledge of electric circuits, this course will be very easy for you to pick. You will need Siemens Simatic Step 7 V5.5 Software for this course.

Description

How to start a new program from scratch in Simatic Step 7 v5.5 going through selection of Station.

Selection of Cpu and power source then moving towards selection of input and outputs.

After I/O configuration, I will be teaching the byte allocation to the input and output, downloading the configuration to the module after this will teach to write complete ladder program for a specific project.

Who is the target audience?

Any beginner who is curious to learn the basics of PLC programming and its attachment with real world. First I will be cover the article on which I will write the code Later. You can also take this course if you want to learn different electrical circuits like motor starter because I will be thoroughly covering all these techniques before moving towards plc.
