For example, Jillian knows that a classic yoga chair pose is similar to a squat. So, she has you “rep it out” – 15 full-range-of-motion repetitions that end with an isometric hold. That technique is repeated throughout the entire workout. So, while there are lots of genuine yoga elements, Jillian’s overall goal is muscle endurance (not “peaceful mind/body bliss”).
