I will guide you on an in-depth journey into the realm of deep meditation that focuses on building a progressively deeper practice through the use of time-tested and authentic techniques. We will explore a system of Pranayama for energy cultivation, Rotation of Awareness for deep relaxation and energy activation, Breath Meditation to balance the flow of internal energy, and Prana Dharana for chakra awakening and meditative absorption. These are the REAL practices of yogic meditation which we can never outgrow! This combines beautifully into a rich and powerful practice that will last you for your entire lifetime. There are also many insightful lectures along the way to ensure that you have a clear understanding of how to bring your highest qualities into the practice.
