You can create patterns of your body language to use them automatically. You can design the way your body moves depending on the situation. For example, you can say “activate business pattern” and see in your mind how you want your body to behave and the mandala will create an automatized body language pattern for when you are in a business meeting or conversation and want to look a certain way, or “activate work pattern” for when you are at the work, “activate friend pattern” when with friends. The limit is only your imagination.
