You don’t have to have a modern kitchen and lots of expensive accessories.From now on you will surprise your family every day with delicious, handmade baked goods.Remember to always observe the rules of hygiene and to use only the best quality ingredients.
Ingredients for the Strawberry Pavlova
For the meringue
4 egg whites
250g caster sugar
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp cornflour
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the topping
500g strawberries, hulled and halved
200g redcurrants, stalks removed
3 tbsp icing sugar
350ml double cream
Ingredients for the Banana & chocolate muffins
3 ripe bananas
125 ml of olive oil
2 eggs
40g of fine brown sugar
40g of fine white sugar
225g of wheat flour
3 tbsp. of cocoa
1 tsp. of baking soda
80g of chopped milk or dark chocolate
Ingredients for the Banoffee tart
80g butter
300g of digestive cookies 100g of milk chocolate
300g of caramel or sweetened condensed milk
4 ripped bananas
1/4 cup of lemon juice
4 tbsp. of brown sugar
250g of mascarpone cheese
250ml of heavy cream
4 tbsp. of icing sugar
