A Vinyasa based practice that incorporates deep hip stretches, arm balances and twists. This practice works towards variations of Pincha Mayurasana, including the hollow back variation that shifts the gaze from in between the hands. Not suitable for those new to Yoga, but great for those looking for a little added challenge.
Originally from Arizona, Ali moved to Los Angeles to attend UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles). She fell in love with the practice after taking a course in college. Upon completion of her degree she began practicing in various studios around L.A. where she found her vocation and completed her teacher certifications in Santa Monica. Her certifications include 200hr with Jay Co Yoga, 500hr with YogaWorks, 50hr with Jeanne Heileman, 50hr with Laughing Lotus, 50hr with Shiva Rae and 50hr with Mukti Yoga School in Manhattan Beach.
