The only thing you really need to have before taking this coursefor is a willingness to try something new. As for supplies, you will need a planner or notebook, timer, and a willingness to set up a good space to work. You may also want a wall calnedar for long term planning.

Videos run between 3 and 15 minutes each. You have access to them for 3 months after purchase. The series is designed to take 4 weeks, but I give you extra time to revisit the videos as needed.
