Description
For years now MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) fighters and many fitness enthusiasts are working hard on their conditioning trying to get themselves ready either for a fight, or just try to have a conditioning level same to the MMA fighters. Because as many of you already know what it takes to get there, MMA fighters have to work on all 11 fitness components (Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscle Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Power, Flexibility, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, Accuracy) that an MMA fighter need to endure and win a fight, they spend hours after hours in the gym to elevate every fitness component to the max. The last decade fighters started working out smarter using their energy systems as a catalyst to improve their conditioning. Now that did happened BUT it brought with it two cons. It takes too much time that most of us don’t have and MMA fighters, in real fight time, have to perform under stress. EneSys Performance is here to bring you the solution to these cons, as what I give you in my course is, only the basic educational information that you need to know about energy systems and all fitness components you need to improve followed by an eight weeks program for fitness enthusiasts plus eight week program for MMA fighters, containing and improving ten out of eleven fitness components, to help you really elevate your conditioning level. They really are high intensity programs that will push you physically and mentally, some of you in a way you never had pushed yourselves before, but the results will leave you satisfied, plus you now will understand what you are doing while you are doing it and at the same time will give you the knowledge to further train yourselves and others.
