Energy Gates Qigong is a 3,000-year-old self-healing qigong (qigong) system from China. This qigong practice is for those who are serious about learning tai chi, qigong or any form of energy work.

In this weekend seminar, Master Frantzis and Senior Instructor Craig Barnes focused on how to integrate Daoist Breathing into Opening the Energy Gates Qigong. This set can be supercharged by using breath to

• Unify the body and the chi
• Better penetrate and release blockages
• Increase subtle sensitivity
• make movements smoother and more circular
• wake up the spine
• supercharge the dissolving process

Energy Gates is a core practice in the Energy Arts system making this course appropriate for beginners new to qigong as well as useful to more advanced practitioners who want to revitalize there qigong practice.

Senior Instructor Craig Barnes 
Craig Barnes is a Senior Instructor in the Energy Arts system and has been practicing and teaching tai chi, qigong, meditation, and the internal arts for over 30 years. He has studied actively with Master Frantzis since 1987 and has taught his own courses all over the world. He is one of only a few instructors who have been authorized by Master Frantzis to certify instructors in his system. Craig is known for his gentle yet thorough approach, and his ability to present complex material in a direct way that makes it come to life and take root.
