There is lots do before you are awarded your license; pre-licensing, fingerprinting, studying, taking the exam, meeting with different brokerages. The purpose of this course is to guide you and help you throughout the process. This course goes over all of the information you will need to get started. The information in this course is based on my experience only. The topics in this course are pre-licensing, fees, exam, choosing a brokerage, and commission. Real estate is 100% commission based. In this course, you will learn all about the commission percentage and brokerage splits. You will also learn how to study for the exam and how to choose a brokerage that best suites you! I am currently with HER realtors, I share why I chose to be with this brokerage and some of the perks of being with HER. Choosing the right brokerage is very important! You will also learn all about the start up fees. Having money saved up is very important. After watching these lectures, you will be very confident moving forward with your real estate career.
