This is the Fitness and Nutrition program designed for both women and man, which will teach you how to be your own Personal trainer and your own Nutritionist! If you stay motivated and disciplined in only 30 days I guarantee that your body and mind will never be the same again! Starting the training journey is always hard especially if you don’t know where to start from. I will teach you everything you need to know about basic gym exercises and how to combine them so your muscles work in their maximum potential. The training program is organized in four weeks and each week is organized in 3 different training sessions. Each week of the training program features a progression, so by the end of the program you should be able to continue training on your own or get more advanced program.Besides training, if you want to be healthy and have low body fat mass, you need to know how to eat properly. I will also teach you how to combine your macronutrients and which groceries to buy, in order to like you always wanted. I will give you a Nutrition plan which is very simple to follow because every meal is prepared in maximum 20-30 minutes.
